These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Platform and your purchase of products from merchants through our marketplace. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to create an account and purchase products.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or placing an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Products & Merchants

• Products listed on the Platform are sold either by Kbeung Store or by independent Merchant Partners.
• While we strive to ensure accuracy, product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided by Merchants and may contain errors.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or restricted.

3. Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.
• All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (state clearly).
• Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.
• An order is confirmed once you receive a notification from us with the order tracking URL.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times and costs vary depending on the Merchant and delivery location.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Return and refund policies are stated on each product page and in your order confirmation.
• You must follow the instructions provided to initiate a return.
• Some products (e.g., perishable goods, customized items) may be non-returnable.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3days after approval.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Post false reviews or abusive content.
• Attempt to interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform (design, text, images, trademarks, logos) is owned by or licensed to Kbeung Store.
• You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We act as an intermediary between consumers and Merchants.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
  • Product defects, damages, or inaccuracies provided by Merchants.
  • Delays or failures in delivery caused by third parties.
• Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Privacy

• Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We only share necessary information with Merchants to fulfill your order.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia
