- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or restricted.
3. Orders & Payments
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.
- All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (state clearly).
- Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.
- An order is confirmed once you receive a notification from us with the order tracking URL.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times and costs vary depending on the Merchant and delivery location.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Return and refund policies are stated on each product page and in your order confirmation.
- You must follow the instructions provided to initiate a return.
- Some products (e.g., perishable goods, customized items) may be non-returnable.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3days after approval.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
